I'm Brett, founder and CEO of Signatures USA. I started in 2020 as a mobile loan signing agent, driving from appointment to appointment and sitting at kitchen tables with borrowers on closing day.
The more signings I did, the more I saw how much title companies depend on reliable signing agents, and how fast a closing goes sideways when communication, preparation or professionalism falls short. In March 2021 I walked away from a six-figure career to build something better. Today Signatures USA supports title companies and their clients nationwide.

How do I place an order?
Open a client account and submit orders through our secure portal. Documents are uploaded there and sent to the notary, and you get updates at every step.
Do you review scan-backs?
Yes, when requested. Our staff checks signatures, initials, dates and stamps before documents ship so you can fund on time.
How much notice do you need?
For real estate signings we prefer 24 to 48 hours of notice, but we regularly accommodate rush and same-day orders. Call us and we will find a notary.
Do you offer remote online notarization (RON)?
Yes. Along with mobile signings, we handle remote online notarizations, bilingual closings, POAs, deeds and one-off documents.
What if a notary makes a mistake?
We fix it fast and at no extra cost to you. We coordinate the re-sign with the borrower and keep you updated until the file is complete.
